Refund Policy

At Framey Art, we take great care in crafting and packaging our custom frames. Each frame is bubble-wrapped, held tightly together, and packed in a sturdy brown carton with thermapore on the corners to prevent any damage during shipping. However, in the rare event that something happens during transit, we have the following policy in place:

1. Damaged Items:
If your frames arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damage and packaging to process your claim. If eligible, we will send you replacement frames at no additional cost.

2. No Returns or Exchanges:
Because all of our frames are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged during shipping.
