Framey Art Shipping Policy

At Framey Art, we are committed to delivering your packages quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for more details:


1. Delivery Time:

  • Normal Orders: For website orders, delivery will take 3-6 working days from the date of your order.

  • Customized Orders: For custom-made frames, delivery will take 3-7 working days from the date of your order.


2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We will notify you of the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.


3. Advance Payment for Large Orders:

  • For orders above PKR 10,000, we require an advance payment of at least 20-50%. You can also choose to pay the full amount upfront if you prefer.

  • The remaining balance will be due upon delivery, if applicable.

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the payment details for the advance payment.

4. Packaging:

We take great care in packaging your frames. Each frame is bubble-wrapped, tightly secured, and placed in a durable brown carton with thermapore on the corners to prevent any damage during transit.


5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress online.


6. Shipping Delays:

While we aim to ship your order promptly, please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.


7. Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at frameyart@gmail.com.
